# DevInfi

> A web studio in Burgas, Bulgaria. Two people, Kevin Rusev and Todor Ivanov, build websites, portfolio sites, booking sites, online shops and web apps by hand, in code, and look after existing sites every month. Prices are on the site: websites from €1,000, online shops from €3,500, web apps from €4,000, maintenance from €50 a month. Founded 2026. ## About

DevInfi (read as "dev infinity") is a two-person web studio. We started it because most people who order a website don't know exactly what they're buying: prices aren't shown, the code is locked inside a platform, and deadlines slip. So we write sites, shops and apps in code we can explain line by line. The prices are on the site and the deadlines are in the contract. We build our own products too: NikkChat, Eloread and Capy Files.

Prices on the site are starting prices. The exact price, timeline and scope go into a written quote before we start, and don't change after you sign.

- "Send as an enquiry" carries the estimate into the contact form.

**Maintenance plans** (/services/maintenance): Essential €50 a month (security updates, daily backups, 24/7 monitoring, 2 hours of changes a month, monthly report) · Growth €150 a month (6 hours, SEO tracking, conversion reviews, a strategy review every quarter) · Scale €300 a month (16 hours, A/B testing, 4-hour emergency response, a monthly video call). WordPress support +50%. Month to month, cancel with seven days' notice. For web apps the Scale plan is recommended.

**Payment:** 50% at the start and 50% on delivery, for every project. Larger web apps are split into stages, each paid 50/50; after each stage you decide whether to continue.

**Warranty:** 30 days of free bug fixes after launch, for every project.

**Deadlines:** the deadline is in the contract; if we're late through our own fault, we pay back up to 10% of the project value.

## How a project runs (home page)

It usually takes 3 to 10 weeks.

1. **A call** (1–3 days): 30 minutes by phone or online. You tell us what you need and we ask questions.
2. **A written quote** (within a week): price, deadline and scope in black and white. We sign and you pay 50%.
3. **The build** (2–8 weeks): we write the code. Every week you see how far we've got.
4. **Done:** we launch and you pay the other 50%. The code, domain and accounts are yours.

## How we work (about page)

1. **The price is visible.** The estimate is on the site, and the exact amount is in a written quote that doesn't change after you sign.
2. **The deadline is in the contract.** If we're late through our own fault, we pay back up to 10% of the project value.
3. **Everything is yours.** The code, domain, hosting and accounts are in your name. You can switch teams whenever you like.
4. **We speak plainly.** In Bulgarian or English, without jargon.

## Work

- **skladex.bg** (client, live since 2026): an online shop for an importer of steel shelving, taking real orders every day. Our own embedded Stripe checkout (card, Google Pay, Apple Pay), cash on delivery and bank transfer, a live stock catalogue, a shelf configurator, order tracking with emails through Brevo. Firebase Hosting, Firestore, Auth and Storage, Node 22 Cloud Functions, pre-rendered product pages. https://skladex.bg
- **NikkChat** (our own product, live): a messenger with encrypted messages, voice and video calls and photo sharing. It installs from the browser on Android, iPhone and desktop, without an app store. Messages and photos are encrypted on the device before upload; calls run over WebRTC straight between the two people; passwordless sign-in with Google, Apple or a phone number. https://nikkchat.com
- **eloread.gg** (our own product, coming soon): a Windows companion with an in-game overlay for ranked Brawlhalla. It reads the opponent's name off the versus screen with text recognition and shows their rating, mains and your record against them before the match, without touching the game files. The app is built with Electron and TypeScript, the site with Astro. https://eloread.gg
- **Capy Files** (our own product, new version in the works): 59 tools for PDFs, images, video, audio and AI that run entirely in the browser; files never leave the device. React 19, TypeScript, Vite, WebAssembly (qpdf, MozJPEG, OxiPNG, ONNX Runtime), WebGPU, Cloudflare Workers with R2 and D1, Paddle and Firebase Auth.
- **devinfi.com**: the site you're on. Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, in Bulgarian and English, hosted on Firebase. The price calculator, the hero film and the glass infinity sign are our own.

## Team

**Kevin Rusev**, co-founder: front end, architecture and SEO. Completed a five-year vocational software development programme in Burgas.
